Many people touching, feeling their avocado to see if it is ripe but it’s not enough. Here is my technique, my most simple and foolproof tip to find out if a lawyer is ripe stuff.
The trick is to remove the stem of the avocado to see the color of the base :
· If the base of the avocado is light green avocado is not ripe enough the base is also be hard,
· If the base of the brown black avocado is too ripe or rotten it should be avoided ,
· If the base of the avocado is ripe as necessary. The base must also be flexible when you fumble. You have to choose this one.
